Built on Trust, Driven by Care
Professional moving services perfectly sized for apartments, condos, and single-room relocations. No job too small—just the right team for the right move.
Built on Trust,
Driven by Care Founded in 2017
Our company began with a simple belief: moving and junk removal services should be done with genuine care and integrity. What started as EdM FL Services has grown into Diligent Services, but our core values haven’t changed—we still treat every customer’s belongings as if they were our own.
For over eight years, we’ve been serving the Clearwater community with the same dedication that earned us our first five-star review. Today, with more than 450 perfect reviews and counting, we’re proud to be recognized as Clearwater’s #1 rated moving and junk removal company.
Our growth tells a story of trust built one satisfied customer at a time. From helping a senior downsize from their family home to delivering furniture for young professionals just starting out, we’ve been there for our community during some of life’s most important transitions.
What Drives Us Every Day
Integrity First
We provide honest, transparent quotes with no hidden fees. What we quote is what you pay—period. Our A+ BBB rating isn’t just a badge; it’s a promise that we operate with complete honesty and accountability.
Compassion in Action
We understand that moves and cleanouts often happen during stressful or emotional times. Whether you’re helping an aging parent transition to assisted living or clearing out a home after a loss, we approach every job with empathy and respect.
Excellence Without Exception
From carefully wrapping your grandmother’s antique dresser to efficiently clearing out years of accumulated clutter, we bring the same level of care and professionalism to every single job—no matter how big or small.
Community Connection
We’re not a national franchise with rotating staff. We’re your Clearwater neighbors. The same team members you see at the grocery store or local restaurant are the ones showing up to help with your move.
Continuous Improvement
With every job, we ask ourselves: “How can we do this even better?” That mindset has helped us grow from a one-man operation to Clearwater’s most trusted moving service while maintaining the personal touch that makes us different.
Meet Eddie: The Heart Behind Diligent Services
Owner & Founder
When you call Diligent Services, there’s a good chance you’ll speak directly with Eddie Murray, the owner and founder. Unlike corporate moving chains where you’re just another number, Eddie believes in the personal touch—answering calls himself, providing quotes, and often showing up on moving day to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Eddie didn’t set out to build the biggest moving company in Clearwater. He wanted to build the best one. That meant doing things differently from day one:
Answering Every Call Personally When customers call, they deserve to speak with someone who genuinely cares. Eddie makes himself available because your time and peace of mind matter.
Leading by Example Eddie doesn’t just manage the business—he’s often on-site, working alongside his team to ensure every job meets his exacting standards.
Building Lasting Relationships It’s not uncommon for customers to become friends. Eddie has moved the same families multiple times, delivered furniture to three generations of the same household, and built relationships that extend far beyond a single transaction.
Giving Back to the Community As a Pinellas County resident and business owner, Eddie understands the importance of supporting the community that has supported him. From partnering with local senior living communities to working with neighborhood organizations, Diligent Services is committed to making Clearwater an even better place to live.
In 2022, Eddie was recognized by the County Advisory Board as a “Top Gun” for his leadership in the delivery and moving industry and his contributions to making Pinellas County a better place to call home.
